It can be, depending on your setup. The Hub Complete monitors temperature and pH and controls equipment through smart plugs — the same core jobs as a control-capable Apex system. If you depend on Apex-specific accessories like the Trident or DOS dosing pumps, you may prefer to keep your Apex and let NextUpReef sync from it instead.
How does Hub Complete pricing compare to a Neptune Apex?
